PRIVACY POLICY OF THE MARI PRETI ONLINE STORE
§ 1 General information
- The owner of the website at: maripreti.com (hereinafter referred to as: " Store ") and the personal data administrator is MAZU sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at the following address: ul. Ludwika Rydygiera 15/127, 01-793 Warszawa, KRS: 0001048390, REGON: 525901610, NIP: 5252964800 (hereinafter referred to as: " Administrator ").
- Contact with the Administrator to obtain information on whether and how the Administrator uses or intends to use personal data of Store users is possible via:

- The administrator attaches great importance to the protection of users' personal data and information entrusted to him. The Administrator applies security measures, including IT solutions, that ensure the best possible protection of users' personal data, in particular in terms of protection against unauthorized access, unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction.
§ 2 Definitions
- Personal data - information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental , economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person.
- Account – a panel created within the Store's IT structure, enabling the use of its functionalities, in particular the purchase of goods.
- Newsletter - an electronic distribution service provided by the Administrator via e-mail, enabling all users using it to automatically receive periodic content from the Administrator containing information about goods and promotions conducted within the Store.
- Privacy Policy - this Privacy Policy.
- GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation data), (OJ EU L 119/1).
- Store – online service available at maripreti.com , through which users can, in particular, place orders for products offered in the Store.
- Sales contract - a contract concluded with a consumer at a distance as part of an organized system for concluding distance contracts, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication until the conclusion of the contract, concluded on the basis and under the conditions specified in the order .
- Account management service - a digital service within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, consisting in creating and maintaining an Account by the Administrator for the user.
- Administrator – MAZU sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at the following address: ul. Ludwika Rydygiera 15/127, 01-793 Warsaw, KRS: 0001048390, REGON: 525901610, NIP: 5252964800.
§ 3 Processing of personal data
- As part of running the Store, the Administrator may process the following personal data of users:
- first name and last name,
- address,
- e-mail adress,
- Phone number.
- In order to conclude and perform the Account Management Service Agreement, the Administrator processes the following personal data: name and surname, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number. The user provides the above-mentioned data is necessary to conclude an account management service contract. The above data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR and is necessary to perform the above-mentioned. contract or taking steps to conclude it.
- In order to conclude and execute the Sales Agreement, the Administrator processes the following personal data: name and surname, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number. The user provides the above-mentioned data is necessary to conclude a sales contract. The above data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR and is necessary to perform the above-mentioned. contract or taking steps to conclude it.
- In order to send the Newsletter, the Administrator processes the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address. The user provides the above-mentioned data is necessary to provide the service of sending the Newsletter to the user. The above data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR and is necessary to perform the above-mentioned. contract or taking steps to conclude it, as well as pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, as necessary to implement the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
§ 4 User rights
- Each user has the right to access information about which of their personal data are processed by the Administrator, as well as the content of their data and to correct them. The user should send an appropriate request in this respect:

- The administrator ensures that the user deletes his or her personal data in cases provided for by law, in particular at the user's request. The user should send an appropriate request in this respect:

- via conventional mail, to the following address: ul. Ludwika Rydygiera 15/127, 01-793 Warszawa.
- If personal data is included in the username or e-mail address, in the event of a request to delete this personal data, the user is obliged to provide a new username and a new e-mail address. Otherwise, the user will not be able to use the Administrator's services related to the Account Management Service.
- The User is also entitled to withdraw at any time previously granted consent to data processing, as well as to object to the processing of personal data whose processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The user should send an appropriate statement or request in this respect:

- The Administrator will not, in any situation, process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, religious, party or trade union membership, as well as data on health, genetic code, addictions or sexual life. It is prohibited to provide the above-mentioned. data by users.
- The administrator may entrust another entity, by way of a written agreement, with the processing of data, to which the user consents.
- If the user considers that the processing of his or her personal data by the Administrator violates generally applicable provisions, in particular the provisions of the GDPR, he or she has the right to submit an appropriate complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
§ 5 Cookies
- The Administrator informs that as part of its operation of the Store, it uses cookies (so-called cookies). Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Store user and are intended for using the Store.
- Information about cookies used by the Administrator is available at maripreti.com . The user is entitled to enable or disable cookies of particular categories (except essential cookies) and to change these settings at any time. Cookie settings can be changed via the tab called "Cookies" available at:

- Cookies are used in particular to determine and remember user preferences in order to adapt the content of the Store to these preferences, provide statistical data on user traffic, recognize user devices and their location, allow the display of websites in a manner tailored to the individual needs of users, thanks to them it is possible to remember settings selected by users and personalization of the interface, as well as improving the configuration of specific functionalities of the Store and optimizing services.
- The administrator uses the following tools that use cookies:

- Facebook Custom Audiences,
- Facebook Connect.
- Cookies are not harmful to the user's end device and do not cause any configuration changes on these devices or the software installed on them. The user can at any time configure the browser to prevent cookies from being stored on the computer's hard drive. Detailed information in this regard is provided by browser providers.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Administrator is not responsible for the use and handling of cookies on other websites to which links placed within the website refer.
§ 6 Final provisions
- In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, generally applicable provisions shall apply.
- The current version of the Privacy Policy is valid from May 11, 2024.
