RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at MARI PRETI. We hope you're happy with your order. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return any product within 14 days of delivery.

In this case, please follow the instructions for returning the item via the same carrier that delivered your order. If you do not wish to take advantage of our return offer, you may return the item at your own expense and risk.

For returns from outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We do not cover any additional customs fees.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear or wash, and with all tags attached. Please remember to include all boxes with your return.

RETURNS WITHIN POLAND + EU

DPD RETURNS

If you would like to use a DPD return, please follow these steps:

• Click on the link: https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/021/maripreti .

• Register your shipment by entering the required details.

• After registration, order a courier or take the parcel to one of the DPD Pickup points.

INPOST RETURNS (within Poland)

For returns via InPost, please report the return via the Quick Returns service.

You can print the label and stick it on the packaging of the returned product or just enter the code you receive via the app on the package.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE borne by the CUSTOMER.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
