RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at MARI PRETI. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return any product within 14 days of its delivery.

In such a case, please follow the return instructions using the same carrier that delivered your order. If you do not wish to use our proposed return service, you can send the order back at your own expense and responsibility.

For returns from outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We do not cover additional customs costs.

All products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear or washing, and with tags attached. Please remember to include all boxes with the returned product.

RETURNS WITHIN POLAND + EU

DPD RETURNS

If you wish to use DPD for your return, please follow these steps:

• Click on the link: https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/021/maripreti.

• Register your shipment by entering the required data.

• After registration, order a courier or drop off the shipment at one of the DPD Pickup points.

INPOST RETURNS (within Poland)

For returns via InPost, please register your return using the "Szybkie Zwroty" (Quick Returns) service.

You can print a label and stick it on the package with the returned product, or simply write the code you receive via the app on the package.

THE CUSTOMER BEARS THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
